CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED only provides a technology platforms that connects intending travelers
with Cab/Taxi/Tempo-Traveller/Bus/Bike/Auto operators. It does not operate own any
Taxi/Tempo-Traveller/Bike/Bus/Auto.
DEFINITIONS
- “Cab” as may be used in this document includes all categories of transport vehicles like sedans, hatchbacks,
sport utility vehicles, multi utility vehicles, and any other vehicle meant for transporting passengers.
- “Cab Operator” means all the cab operators providing their vehicles alongwith their drivers;
TYPES OF CAB BOOKINGS FACILITATED BY CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
- Outstation Cab: This enables User(s) to book vehicles operated by cab operators having All India Tourist
Permit (AITP) vehicles and operating between two separate cities. On the basis of the demand/requirement of
the User, CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a facilitator connects the User with the concerned cab
operator.
- Car Rental (intracity and intercity): This enables User to book vehicles operated by cab operators having
AITP license on hire/rental basis. This service shall be provided for both intercity and intracity on
exclusive basis by booking the entire Vehicle of the cab/taxi operators.
- Airport Drop: This shall exclusively cater to the needs of User intending to travel from and to the Airport.
The service provided is intracity in nature and shall not facilitate the User to book intercity Airport drops
ROLE OF CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED does not operate cab services on its own. In order to provide a
comprehensive choice of cab services, cab types and prices to User, it has tied up with many Cab Operators.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED acts only acts a facilitator between the Cab Operator and User. The
transaction is always between the Cab Operator and the User.
- If registed customer does not inform to company regarding driver denial of the trip within 30 min of the
pickup time through his/her registered number, it will consider as no show from customer end and no refund is
applicable.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Cab Operator to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals,
insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the travel booked. CHIKU MOBILITY
INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED gives no warranty or assurance in regard to requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and
permits which the Cab Operator is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with
respect to the trip including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity,
uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of vehicle or driving skill, the Cab not departing or reaching on
time, behavior of the cab driver, interiors of the Cab, cancellation of the trip by the Cab Operator due to
any reason whatsoever, the baggage of the User getting lost, stolen or damaged, the Cab Operator providing a
different type of Cab to the User, the User waiting at the wrong boarding point, the User being dropped to
nearest location by the driver of the Cab due to any unavoidable circumstances, or any act or omission of Cab
Operator causing accident, loss of life to the User.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable to User or to any other person for any direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and
howsoever caused from out of the information derived by User through usage of Website, in so far as such
information is provided by the Cab Operator.
- Chiku Mobility India Pvt Ltd shall help in getting alternate arrangement and if vendor has taken any advance
payment for the distance uncovered, company will help in getting that payment recovered from vendor end.
CHIKUCAB shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the driver
who is a third party agency. However, CHIKUCAB shall assist you in the entire reasonable manner to recover your
loss or damage.
CHIKUCAB reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of
any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or mentally with the driver. CHIKUCAB also reserves the
right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law
applicable at the time of the incident.
- All the customers are expected to follow a certain behavioural guidelines. No smoking or drinking during
the trip is allowed. Sleeping on the front seat is not allowed. The driver should not be forced to over speed
during the trip.
- Customers should use seatbelt during trip Any request for change in trip itinerary should be directly
communicated to the company and should not be negotiated directly with the driver.
- If a customers suffers from any disability or illness or is undergoing any treatment for medical condition,
it should be communicated to us with full details before booking via mail, phone or other suitable channel so
that we can advise you regarding the suitability of your trip package
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED does not operate cab services on its own. In order to provide a

Operators/Vendors.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED acts only acts a facilitator between the Cab Operator and User. The
transaction is always between the Cab Operator/Vendors and the User.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Cab Operator/Vendors to ensure it has all the requisite licenses,
approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the travel booked. CHIKU
MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED gives no warranty or assurance in regard to requisite licenses, approvals,
insurance and permits which the Cab Operator/Vendors is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with
respect to the trip including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity,
uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of vehicle or driving skill, the Cab not departing or reaching on
time, behavior of the cab driver, interiors of the Cab, cancellation of the trip by the Cab Operator due to
any reason whatsoever, the baggage of the User getting lost, stolen or damaged, the Cab Operator providing a
different type of Cab to the User,
- The User waiting at the wrong boarding point, the User being dropped to nearest location by the driver of
the Cab due to any unavoidable circumstances, or any act or omission of Cab Operator causing accident, loss of
life to the User.
- CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable to User or to any other person for any direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and
howsoever caused from out of the information derived by User through usage of Website, in so far as such
information is provided by the Cab Operator.
- Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within a city limits only (Subject to availability of similar segment in the city) in all such cases where in a Vehicle develops mechanical error and restrain the User from its use. In a case, where in Vehicle develops such error outside the city limit, replacement Vehicle will not be provided and amount equivalent to agreed rental will be charged. Company decision related to replacement vehicle will be final.
- In case of break down or accident of Cab where Cab Operator has been unable to make alternative
arrangement, CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not provide proportionate refund to User for uncovered
distance. Any claims, liabilities or legal costs arising out of such event shall be borne by the Cab Operator.
- Chiku Cab does not take responsibility of any material or immaterial loss due to usage of Chikucab cab &
these losses shall not be subject to any compensation.
- If you want to change car type or want to increase trip duration or need some correction in itinerary, you
shall inform CHIKUCAB well in advance and after confirmation by CHIKUCAB, you shall be provided the new
booking ticket/estimated fare details.
- if you want to decrease your trip duration, you will inform to chikucab in advance. however you will have
to pay minimum estimated amount mentioned on your booking ticket.
- CHIKUCAB shall not be responsible to refund and/or to provide voucher in any case where you give any money
or goods to the Driver except as mentioned in the invoice. CHIKUCAB shall not be liable to pay any damages, if
any, arises from any loss accrued to you.
- CHIKUCAB shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the
driver who is a third party agency. However, CHIKUCAB shall assist you in all the reasonable manner to recover
your loss or damage.
For CharDham bookings, customer is responsible to get registration through government portal for CharDham entry. Chiku Mobility is only cab service aggregator and not liable for the same. If any booking canceled due to customer registration issue, that will be considered as no show case from customer end and no refund applicable in such case.
It is mandatory for the driver to get Cab entry pass for CharDham entry at respective entry location during journey . And this process can take time. If cab gets delayed due to this reason in heavy traffic, Chiku Mobility is not responsible for that. If customer cancels booking due to this reason, no refund will be applicable.

- Please verify the opening & closing Time / KMS readings journey.
- Your Booking will not be confirmed from the company side until and unless you do the advance payment prior
to the 6 hr of the journey schedule.
- Upon receving your request of the cab, the company may accept or reject your booking depending on the
availability.
- The Company shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to terminate or cancel
your booking.
- CNG cabs are available on CNG routes only. If cab runs on Non CNG routes, extra charges would be applicable
as per similar diesel cab category like for compact 8/- km, Sedan 8.5/- Km, SUV 13/- Km.
- If your booking is cancelled after you have been matched with your driver and taxi, it shall be treated as
NO SHOW by customer. NO REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and entire booking /advance amount shall be
treated as cancellation charges.

- For booking cancellation, you need to cancel the booking from your end through your registered mobile no
through chikucab customer account id. If face any issue Please call on customer support no 628-082-0037 or mail at support@chikucab.com before journey
schedule.
- ZERO cancellation charges before 24 hr of Journey schedule. However 5% processing fee would be deducted &
remaining amount would be refund.
- Toll tax, State tax to be paid by customer of both ways (As per actual).
- Driver May be delay due to traffic problem,unwanted thing
- At the pick up time: You must check identification of the driver and confirm the license plate of your vehicle
at the start of the trip. Do not ride the if the vehicle is not commercially licensed.
- Do not ride, If the vehicle and driver information do not match. we shall not be responsible or liable in
any manner If you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or ride with a driver other
than the one that we have assigned to you.
- Chiku Cab will not be responsible for any kind of trouble /mishappening done during the journey after driver
and cab verification is done by the customer at the start of the journey.
- We only generate leads & responsible till the driver & customer match for the journey to be started.
Chikucab shall not be responsible for anything done after customer matches with the driver.
- Driver may ask for your identification.
- One Day Means a One Calender day (From MidNight 12 to MidNight 12).
- Distance will Only Be Calculated from GARAGE to GARAGE.
- If Night Travels after 10 P.M to 6 A.M then Driver Night 250/- extra chargeable as Driver night , for
Tempotraveller 300/-
- Luggage to be carried; not more than (2 small or 1 big bag in compact, 4 small or 2 big bags in Sedan
& 6 small bags or 3 big bags in SUV).
- If KM Exceeds then extra KMs will be charged as per norms.
- Toll Tax, State Tax(Border Tax), Parking are paid by customer (as per actual) . These are not included in
booking amount.
- The driver will not allow any additional passengers or luggage beyond what is allowed in the category of
vehicle stated in the reservation. Parking charges, Airport Entry fees or any other form of Entry fees are NOT
INCLUDED in the booking ticket. The customer is responsible for all such additional charges incurred during
the trip.
- When you book our Value or Economy services, we can only promise to provide a vehicle in a certain category
but we cannot guarantee a specific model of vehicle. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF A SPECIFIC MODEL
OR CONFIGURATION OF VEHICLE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE RESERVATIONS AND PAID FOR A SERVICE TYPE THAT GUARANTEES A
SPECIFIC VEHICLE MODEL.
- After assign the driver and cab no amount will be refund (if duration is less than 4 hr ).
- A.C will be closed in Hill Area.
- CNG cabs are not allowed in hill areas or on non-CNG routes.
- Driver will take time to fuel CNG vehicle & and that time duration would be included in journey hours.
- Driver will take care of his fooding & lodging.
- Base Fare includes Fuel charges, Taxi Rent charge, service charge and booking charge.
- Company can cancel your booking if unable to find cab for you at your scheduled time.
- Chiku Cab does not take responsibility of any material or immaterial loss due to usage of Chikucab cabs &
these losses shall not be subject to any compensation.
- Waiting charges @250hr. After 30 mins (Billed on hourly basis).
- Only one break of 30 mins will be allowed during the journey.
- If any extra pick up/drop will be chargable @250
- It is humble request to customer please do not create the pressure for high speed.
- Balance amount needs to be paid to driver at the beginning of the journey.
- Provide one time password(OTP) to the driver so he may start the trip.

Below mentioned are the points every customer needs to be alert about-
While making any online payment, please verify the Account name; The name appearing on should be as ‘CHIKU
MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED’. If a different name reflects, kindly refrain from making any payment.
The transaction made by Debit/Credit cards shall take you to the payment getaway of Payu or Instamojo, the name
appearing on getaway page shall be of CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED only.
The details of our accounts are clearly mentioned on ‘Contact us’ page of our website, if you have any doubt
about the same, feel free to visit our authorised website ( www.chikucab.com or Contact Us) contact us page and verify the details.
Any transaction/payment made to the account having a different name and account details than that of CHIKU
MOBILITY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, the company shall not deem that payment to be valid. CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA
PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible of any loss of money or fraud, the responsibility in such case shall
solely be of the customer who has made the payment.
After taking or availing service, No refund is considerable and applicable in any case.
It is mandatory for both actual customer and driver to submit complete fill and proper signed with date copy
of duty slip at the end of the trip. Chiku Mobility will not entertain any kind of dispute pertaining to
perticular trip in absence of duty slip.
JURISDICTION
We are not party and not responsible for any kind of dispute related to vendor / driver and customer. However
if required , the jurisdiction for any kind of dispute with CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PVT LTD would be Varanasi
district court only.
