DAY 01 DELHI - SHIMLA (365 KM) 08HOURS DRIVE

Arrive Delhi Airport/Train station and drive to Shimla. One of the most popular hill Resorts of the North. The town is situated at an altitude of 6810 ft, initially chosen as a sanatorium for invalid European officers, but soon developed into a big hill town and became the summer capital of the country. Upon arrival check in to the hotel for Overnight stay.

After having breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Shimla. Visit Kufri, Ridge Maidan, Mall Road and Christ Church. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After having breakfast proceed for Manali. Manali is an important hill station of northern India and is the destination of thousands of tourists every year. Its cool atmosphere provides a perfect haven for the ones afflicted by the hot Indian summers. Besides offering quite a few places for sightseeing, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking En- route visit Hanogi Mata Temple. Overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

After Breakfast at hotel proceed for full day by excursion visiting Solang Valley. Solang Valley is picnic spot famous for Skiing slops. You can also enjoy paragliding, horse riding, zorbing, ATV bike riding, zipping, at your own cost. You can also experience roopway in Solang Valley that heads to Anjani Mahadev. Later in the evening return back to Hotel. There will be dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest is very interesting. Hadimba is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata. Vashist, it is an extremely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hill side. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphar spring is piped into a modern bath -house. Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, proceed for Dharamshala. The drive takes you through the magnificent landscapes and mountains of Himanchal Pradesh. On the way, you will visit the Chamunda Devi Temple and Baijnath Temple to offer your wishes. After arriving Dharamshala, Check in to the hotel. Evening you can step out to enjoy cool weather and the natural surroundings. Overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast visit Bhudhist Monastery, Bhagsunag Temple. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Dharamshala. Later drive to Dalhousie. Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After Having breakfast, visit Khajjiar (Khajjiar is closed some time in Dec-Jan due to heavy snow) fondly called as Switzerland of India, the mini Switzerland, Kalatop, Satdhara and Gandhi Chowk. Evening free. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and thereafter, drive towards Chandigarh, popularly referred to as the 'City Beautiful'. Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab and Haryana, is regarded as one of the best planned cities of the country. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and spend some time to repose.If time permits, you can go for boating at Sukhna Lake (open until 6pm) or you can do some shopping as well. Visit Sector 17 and 22 that are some of the popular shopping zones of Chandigarh. Here, you can buy traditional Phulkari suits, Kolhapuri slippers and exquisite jewellery. You can also try out some local delights that are served at most of the restaurants here. By evening return to hotel for an overnight stay.

After having breakfast, drive to Delhi. We transfer you to Railway station/Airport for onward journey, back to home with beautiful memories of a life time trip.
