Valley of Flower Trek with Hemkund Sahib(5N/6D)

Day 1 : Haridwar to Govindghat via Joshimath 300 km/10 hours, 6,300 ft / 1,920m

Our representative will meet you and welcome you with a warm heart to a pre-decided spot in Haridwar, and give a n overview of your entire journey. You will transfer to Govindghat after a long-distance, scenic uphill drive. While passing, Devprayag witnessed the holy confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers to form River Ganges. Later in the evening take a halt at Govindghat for overnight stay.

Day 2 : Govindghat to Ghangaria | Witness the Unveiling secrets of nature 13 km./5-6 hrs, 9600 ft / 2926m

Start off the day with a healthy meal with amazing lush green mountainous views, Then you will drive to a nearby town Poolna from where you will begin your trek to Ghangaria. Trek path passes through lush green forest and alongside the beautiful Lakshman Ganga River. You can get some refreshment on the way from various dhabas. After completing the short gradual expedition of 9km you will reach Ghangaria, a small village encircled by mountains. Check in-to your hotel, have your dinner of local cuisine and call it a day.

Day 3 : Valley of Flowers | Wonderful land with a riot of Vibrant Colors 4 km (one side) / 6-7 hrs , 11,500 ft / 3,505m

Your day starts with a hearty breakfast. Get ready to scale a height of 3505m to arrive at the Valley of Flowers, a single glimpse of verdant landscape is enough to sweep off your feet into heaven decorated with colorful flowers. Your soul will be treated by the cherished moment, your eyes on nature’s finest moment. Proceed further into the valley to witness an array of thousands of vibrant and colorful flowers in full bloom. After your full day excursion head back to Ghangaria so as to reach there before nightfall. Have your dinner overnight stay.

Day 4 : Hemkund Sahib Excursion | A Journey to Heal your Mind and Soul 6 km (one side) / 9-10 hrs , 14,107 / 4,300m

Wake up early and enjoy a hot cup of tea with your breakfast. Start your trek to Hemkund Sahib, today is a bit difficult as the path is a steep ascent. Walk slowly and take breaks when you will feel reduced oxygen level in the air. Arrive Hemkund Sahib, a religious site where Guru Gobind Singh is said to have meditated in the previous life. This place is no doubt peaceful and calming, crystal clear Hemkund lake surrounded by seven snow capped mountains. In the afternoon, start the way to Ghangaria through descent steeply, as the weather is unpredictable with sudden clouds and rains.

Day 5 : Ghangaria to Govindghat Dis : 13 km / 4-5 hrs , Alt-2,926m

After your sumptuous breakfast, you will start the easy descent of 9 km to Poolna On reaching Poolna a cab will take you back to Govindghat. If you wish, you can take a tour of the beautiful Auli in the evening. Later in the evening back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6 : Govindghat to Haridwar | End of the trip with memories for lifetime Dis : 300 km / 10 hrs, Alt-1920 m

Start your return journey to Haridwar early after a hearty breakfast. On reaching Haridwar drop at your predefined destination for onward journey.
