We provide an optional Trip protection plan when you book a Driver using the App, at a nominal cost by opting for Chiku Mobility India Pvt Ltd. When you book a trip on the chiku mobility on call , you will be asked to ‘Secure your booking’ prior to requesting a driver. This protection plan is valid through the duration of this trip. The details of coverage also provided on the call or mail and specified in the last section of this T&C. This Trip Insurance is not available if you book your driver through Website or Phone booking.
Should you choose or not able to procure this plan offered by chiku mobility india pvt ltd , we are not responsible for any vehicle damage providing the Services.
In case of any unfortunate event or damage during the trip/journey; entire responsibilities will be governed by the insurance company and car owner . Chiku Mobility india pvt ltd or driver will not be liable for any damage occurred due to accident or natural calamities.
If the driver does not reach the pick-up point on time for any reason, then 2 hours' time will have to be given to arrange another driver.
If the customer do not inform to company regarding driver denial of trip within 30 min of the pickup time by his registered number , it will consider as no show case from customer end and no refund is applicable.
Membership fee for any kind of driver service is non refundable in any case.
Company will assign best driver as per your choice and will provide options as well if you are not satisfied with perticular assigned driver.
After taking or availing service, No refund is considerable and applicable in any case.
It is mandatory for both actual customer and driver to submit complete fill and proper signed with date copy of duty slip and feedback form at the end of the trip. Chiku Mobility will not entertain any kind of dispute pertaining to perticular trip in absence of duty slip.
