CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PVT LTD (Owner of chikucab.com) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy:-

1. The customer agrees and acknowledges that refund shall be processed if the cancellation request is received before 24 hour of scheduled pickup. (Refer point 3 for special cases)

2. The Cancellation can be done over the phone or by email. All cancellation to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking the driver.

3. No cancellations are entertained in any case for those products/Service that chikucab.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, New year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

4. CHIKU MOBILITTY INDIA PVT LTD will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation, Strike or Road Jam/traffic etc. Hence no refund would be made.

5. The customer agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be processed if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.

6. CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PVT LTD might change driver details prior to boarding the vehicle in case of driver unavailability or other genuine reasons at Driver’s end. No Cancellation request shall be entertained in such cases.

7. CHIKU MOBILITY INDIA PVT LTD reserves the right to cancel/change the booking of driver at any point of time.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Driver booking
  • The refund of booking amount will be made in following cases
  • Membership fee for any kind of driver service is non refundable in any case.
  • Company will assign best driver as per your choice and will provide options as well if you are not satisfied with perticular assigned driver.
  • In case the booking is for a journey starting post 7 am, The refund will be processed if the cancelation is done 3 hours in advance.
  • In case the booking is for a journey starting before 7 am, The refund will be processed if the cancelation is done before 9 pm day before. i.e night before the journey day.
  • In case of cancellation of trip, which was an urgent booking made on short notice i.e after 9 pm for next day travel i.e. for trip starting any time between 9 pm to 8 am, no refund will be processed.
  • In case the trip is cancelled post driver reaches the start destination, Rs 200 will be charged additional to booking amount for travel expense of Driver.
  • Time to process refund is 2 working days after receiving the request.

After taking or availing service, No refund is considerable and applicable in any case.

If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Returns" policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 21 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at support@chikucab.com or call us at 844-844-5504.

In case of any unfortunate event or damage during the trip/journey; entire responsibilities will be governed by the insurance company and car owner . Chiku Mobility india pvt ltd or driver will not be liable for any damage occurred due to accident or natural calamities.
