    Kashi Vishwanath Mandir is dedicated to Lord Shiva and it is one of the holiest places. Situated on the banks of the River Ganga in Varanasi, this temple is visited by many people across the year.

    1. Bhoga Aarti: 11:15 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
    2. Sandhya Aarti: 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.
    3. Shringara Aarti: 9:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
    4. Shayana Aarti: 10:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

    Dress code

    There is no particular attire that is specified for a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. There is a general dress code that is enforced.

    Visitors to the temple must cover the arms as well as legs. It is mandatory to wear Indian traditional dresses and one can wear western clothes too.

    Reaching the Temple 

    Varanasi is a well-connected city to the rest of the part of the country by road, rail as well as air. The Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport which is located about 25 kilometers from the city center and can be easily approached by cabs or taxis.
