The best for visiting Agra would definitely be the winter months, from November to March. The weather during the winter is ideal for exploring Agra. You can also visit between August and October. You will be able to witness Taj Mahal in its best scenery. The months from April to June is not recommend as it gets very hot in here and its not ideal for traveling and exploring. The weather gets a bit humid between July and September, so you can opt of traveling to Agra at that time as well.
