Omicron is the latest variant added to the list of the COVID 19 virus. It is named after the fifteenth Greek alphabet and is considered to be one of the deadliest variants of COVID 19 by the World Health Organization. Omicron is resistant to the vaccine, spreads quickly, and has the property of defeating the immune system of an individual. The first case of this virus was found in South Africa in the month of November 2021. But it is steadily spreading throughout the world including India. It is said that the Omicron Virus is spreading at quite a good rate in India, making it a matter of concern. Though travel restrictions are set to slow down the speed of the spread of the virus, from the industrial and economical point of view, people have to travel in regards to their work and job.

India also being a developing economy, a lot of people have to travel from one city to the other for work-related purposes and at such times hiring a cab rental in India which follows safety and hygiene regulations to the optimum is needed. Although much of the travel between different cities is done by air, cab service in India is always required for pick-up and drop from the airport and to travel within the city. As responsible citizens, we ought to follow all the rules and regulations as per the Government norms to help us get back to normality from this pandemic situation.
